Globekey reservations software works equally well for a small guest house or an international hotel chain providing an instant real-time reservations facility. You close the sale immediately. Your guests are booking direct with you. No commission. Nothing to download. No hidden costs.

With our reservations software, guests:

Visit your website and explore your property information pages
Click on your Reservations link and check if you have rooms available for their chosen dates
Choose their preferred room type and rate
Enter their personal details and credit card details onto the Globekey secure server
Receive instant confirmation of their reservation, and an automatic email from your property thanking them for booking

Each time a guest confirms a reservation, the property booked receives an automatic email from the guest summarising the booking details. This email invites the property to go into the Globekey 'back office' and retrieve credit card details from the password-protected secure server.

Globekey does NOT clear any guest payments or charge money to the guest's credit card.

How do guests give me their credit card details?
Guests enter credit card details onto Globekey's secure server. You receive an auto-email when a guest books, inviting you to retrieve details from our password-protected secure server. You can then charge a deposit to the guest credit card, as required. We can also link Globekey to payment gateways for real-time credit card clearance .. read more

I only have 5 guest rooms can Globekey help me?
Yes! Many small guest houses and B&Bs use Globekey to manage all their reservations, replacing 'manual' systems, for just US$45 per month. Quick links make it easy to enter telephone or fax bookings.
